The Recipe of the Week series highlighted one of the new recipes Brava published each week by showing how to prepare and serve the dish in a short video. This particular installment was prepped, shot, edited, and delivered within one workday, all by me (including the performance). I sourced props (dishware and textiles) that were authentic Mexican pieces, as well as thematically appropriate music and the full menu on display.
